A 24 hour notice to cancel any service appointment is appreciated. We request a 48 hour cancellation notice for group appointments, specialty appointments or packages. Failure to do so may result in a charge.
Client satisfaction is our ultimate goal; if for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your service, please notify the management within 48 hours of the original service. All hot tools, brushes, makeup, jewelry and special ordered items are considered a final sale.
Pet Policy…We love our pets as much as you all do, but in accordance with Florida State Board regulations they are not permitted in the building at any time for any reason. Unless of course they are service animals and have the proper documentation with them.
As we pride ourselves on being a family friendly establishment & love all children, their energetic nature does change the environment of the spa and salon. We politely ask that you keep this in mind when you book your services, as we want all our guests coming in to enjoy their services.
Cell phones are an important part of us now, but we do ask that you lower your volume to ensure a relaxing environment for all. We appreciate your patronage and your understanding of these policies as they are only in place to ensure everyone enjoys every visit.
