Lindsay graduated from the CORE Institute of Massage in Tallahassee and holds a B.A. from UCF.  She is inspired by massage styles from around the world and brings elements of these to the table when she works.  Lindsay believes in a holistic approach to wellness and that massage should be an integral part of anyone’s self-care routine.  Each massage is customized to an individual’s specific needs and preferences.
